Kind of odd to have the Espionage Network trait in the Glory tree, isn't it? Glory is about merit, valor, and strength. The Espionage Network trait is almost the opposite, focusing on coordination and subtlety.

That could work, although it would fit just as well in Tyranny.

I'm excited, our naval battle is almost here. A couple more modmarks and our fleets will be slugging it out. I was worried for a little while that you'd beat my fleet to Lashid try to hold the colony hostage, but with all that exploring of Hrothar I didn't have anything to worry about.

What about battering rams and seige towers no longer?

Also to make it easier everyone could just transfer HI and LI into their respectective units that way we can continue with it and not confuse newer players when they see our old units.

And dang that advance training sounds good. Would it still only effect one type of unit or the nation as a whole?

EDIT: If you have the Advanced Training trait, let me know if you want Morale, Discipline, or March for their specialty.

Also the way Military Campaigns are conducted are going to be changed. King Casimir's War is turning into a joke with the whole " I'm gonna wait for reinforcements. I just need more reinforcements. "

That behavior is going to cost you guys units by sitting on your hands.

Question: I have an idea as to what the three disciplines do, but would you do a little expo on what the benifits are for the three disciplines which will help in making choices betwwen them?

Morale affects routing, retreat, and attitude in battle.

Discipline affects fighting skill.

March is movement speed and formation speed.

Lol, I never planed that being my main attack against Ezria. Diversion and decit, large enough to get his undivided attention which it did Smile Soon it'll be a purely defensive battle over there and there's nothing he can do about it.

If I picked movement that would be funny if it stacked with nomadism. Cavalry that move and form at the speed of light!

Alright Theo I have a question. Did your colony find a horse node or is where you getting the horses from is that node south of my territory?

Also I am assuming those survey teams you sent you were meaning east and not west correct?

came up with this construct idea today:

Keep - A keep is a large, fortified structure that can garrison troops and act as a defensible location. A keep can garrison up to 900 men (3 companies). It is stone walls, a reinforced gate, and is tall enough that archers can shoot down on nearby walls or buildings from the parapets on the roof.

So I've been considering which aspects of my Triremes I want to count as Advanced. I'm wavering between discipline and morale. Discipline has the obvious reasons that better combat ability is always good, and that my army is known for being extremely disciplined.

However, morale also interests me, since my plan for triremes is mostly for them to act as "heavy cruisers," capable of both pitched battles and extended patrols or campaigns. So what exactly are the advantages of discipline versus morale?

Huh. I was hoping morale might also influence things like combat endurance and logistics. I suppose it does in a way, but I'm not sure it would justify giving up fighting potential just to have more confident sailors.
