| YES OR NO FOR ALLOWING A WHOLE REVAMP OF KINGDOMS
YES: 3 (Caexi, Ezria, Ejrahk)
NO: 1 (Jaymes)
Not sure where you stand Talis.
Jaymes, if you vote yes you can still keep Ever-Winter, you're just allowing other people to change their kingdoms.

| I'll vote no unless you're going to add magic. Things are really just starting to get interesting with all the wars going on. | |

| I will add magic. Just not sure how I can get it to work. It'd be a trait in the last and unique Kingdom Civic. | |

| Wow Ezria's got a large income of EP, how'd he get it?
Did the decrease in happiness per week lower? Cuz if it's still three per city then I should have like -5 (Republic gives +3 Library now gives +1 = +4) + -2 cuz I'm over that new tax limit so -7. Can I change that tax number seeing that it changed to 0-10 instead of being 0-20?

You have
- 6 ( cities / baseline )
+ 1 per city
- 3 ( cities )
- 2 ( taxatation )
- 5 ( cities )
+ 2 ( library )
-3 (cities ) | |

| How can I make Paganism a better trait? I don't want everybody to have Organized Religion. | |

| Hmmm. Since paganism allows the incorporation of multiple gods, maybe it boosts happiness among newly conquered areas since they would be able to worship freely? Or maybe make pagans more resistant to conversion. I don't know. | |

| Alright can it be 6 instead of 8 then, don't like negative happiness and wanna try to keep my ppl happy.
Oh so it's 2 not 3 per city. Got'cha, and library's give 2 happiness, says one in the economy section.
I got Free Beleifs so clearly it's not that good lol. And Ezria's got that mysticism so clearly it's not that good otherwise the dwarves and avian's would have jumped on that bandwagon lol

| I think Organized Religion should have an Economic Upkeep perhaps and people won't choose it so quickly.
Paganism is about spreading non-religion. I changed Paganism's effects.
Ezria wants Organized Religion.
But he wants it for the trait, not because it suits his kingdom.

| Well, Ezria's religion is based off of Japan's Shinto. I donno if that falls under pagan lines however, since it's lots of ancestor worship. | |

| Major Religion = Greek Pantheon, Roman Gods, Judaism, Islam, et cetera.
Local Beliefs = Voodoo, Wicca, Shinto, et cetera.
Paganism =
Guy 1: " Some Ejrahkian Priest said I need to give to Chalava, so .. I did, and he left me alone. "
Guy 2: " Some really scary knights said if I didn't submit to Sessau I'd be burned, so I said I did and when they left I kept on farming! "

| I shall vote yes then for those who wished to have a full make over of their nation, but I sure ain't changing mine coz my nation hasn't gotten in too far into the world history yet, so I can easily improvise with any new incoming traits or rules.
As for making paganism a better trait, maybe we could say, a nation with paganism would have easier time repelling foreign culture worming into their nation. History teaches us that, it was very difficult for the Romans to bring civilization and hence their culture to their barbarian and pagan neighbors such as the Celts or the Germanic tribes or even the unconquerable Pictish tribes of northern Britannia

| If you look at "Religion Explained" Paganism has 4% to 1% conversion.
So if Ejrahk sends a Missionary to Ezria. Missionaries convert 5%.
That means 1.5% of Ezria would be converted if Ezria is Pagan.
If Ezria is Organized and has a Major Religion, it's 2% to 1%.

NO: 0
Done deal.
If you want to delete your kingdom and start over. Please PM me and I will delete your kingdom's application. You have until Saturday and than you will no longer be allowed to revamp your kingdom.
EDIT:
What's a good way to make Local Beliefs as good a trait as Organized Religion.

| Well I really don't know about religion. I'm not doing anything with mine, I'm just gonna let other nations figure it out and when missionaries come Dwaves can take it or not but because free religion I won't bother with it. Might invite nations to send religion to the Republic as long as they abide by rules and no weird political opposing cults or brain washing junk this way everyone else makes it up and does the leg work and eventaully I and them get benifits lol | |

| So must the trade agreement for Anvil Hammerfell be with Karag Mor or can it be with any nation. It'd still ensure prosperity which was what he was aiming for or must I get a trade agreement with Karag Mor and if so is there a time limit because that's more or less in the Diplomactic section different from the d2d so I wouldn't have complete controll over that. | |

| Still skirting between Paganism and Minor Religion. Technically the religion the halflings have is a minor religion (simple polytheism and folk stories), but they don't evangelize and don't really care about other people following it, so in that respect they're more Paganist. | |

| I like that paganism corrupts enemy religions and creates heretics. It reminds me of syncretism.
You could make it more powerful just by elaborating on the function of heretical beliefs. For example, if enough heretics are produced, they should split off from the main religion and create a sect. Heretics would also be extremely likely to rebel against a religious government, and would have a bonus to converting members of the religion they were originally from.

What do you think of giving Organized Religion an upkeep of sorts?

| I honestly don't think Major Religion is that good. If it gets an upkeep there should be some incentive for it. A note for everyone: I've decided to restructure and reboot Warping Empires. If any of you are still interested in it, I would greatly appreciate your advice and input on the possible changes. I've already discussed some promising ideas with Theo, but I want to know what my members think, or what they thought could use improvement. If you've lost the link, it's http://warping-empires.forummotion.com/ | |
